Properties and Features:
    Reducing agent TF***0B is suitable for reducing wash for polyester dyed with disperse. Compared with reducing wash by sodium hydrysulphite this product features:
    1). Under the acid condition, no need of kickoff, neutralization and washing, so it can help user to shorten running time and decrease cost.
    2). The effect of preventing affinity of disperse dyes to urethane elastic fiber is better than that of sodium hydrosulphite.
    3). To wiching treatment, this product with not affect wicking effect, color changing is low.
    4). Will not afect the whiteness of OBA.
    5). Used together with accelerant TF***1C, it can increase color fastness obviously.
Application Field:
    Reducing wash for polyester and its blends(woven, warp knitting and weft knitting fabric) after dyeing.
Application Process:
    1. For reducing wash of medium or dark colour polyester(warp knitting, weft knitting or woven fabric):
    TF***0B: **2%(o.w.f)       ****8 degree running for ****0mins pH **5
    2. Reducing wash for dark colour P/C knitted fabric:
    TF***0B: 1.**2.5%(o.w.f)   *****5 degree running for ****0 mins pH **5
    3. Method of adding material: decrease temperature to the level suitable for washing process, firstly adjust pH value of working bath to **5, then add reducing agent to do the reducing washing. In actual application, these  two products can not be mixed together then put into use, otherwise the application effect will be affected.
    This product is not allowed to contact strong oxidant, for actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
