PROCEDURES a. Seller issues Final Contract in favor of Buyer b. Buyer signs, seals and sends back Contract and POF (BCL) to seller within *8 hours c. Seller verifies POF with Buyer’s bank, if satisfactory, signs, seals and sends back the contract electronically d. Seller and buyer exchange *2 hard copies simultaneously by courier and copies are duly signed & sealed. The final draft contract will be considered as hard copies until the original have been exchanged and will not delay the buyer in issuing the documentary letter of credit. e. Buyer’s bank issues a Non-operative LC or MT*****3 to seller’s bank (art. *0) f. Seller’s bank sends POP and Pre-advice of two percent (2%) Performance Bond (PB) to buyer’s bank (arts. *4 and *5) g. Within *0 Banking days, Buyer’s bank issues the SBLC (art. *0) h. Within *0 Banking days of received the Non-operative LC / MT*****3 in seller’s bank, the seller will post the Operative 2% PB in favor of the buyer, which will activate the Non-operative LC / MT*****3 i. Financial instruments will become operative once load inspection and certification documents are approved by buyer’s bank. j. Delivery and shipments commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
