R***7C, a blended refrigerant is related to HFC(Hydrofluorocarbon) group, so it's harmless to the ozone layer. R***7C is a zeotropic hydrofluorocarbon blend of R**2(difluoromethane), R***5(pentafluoroethane), and R***4a(1,1,1,*-tetrafluoroethane). The R**2 serves to provide the heat capacity, R***5 decreases flammability, R***4a reduces pressure.
The characteristics of R***7C are sufficiently similar to those of R*2, which allows a smooth transition from R**2 to R***7C, only the oil and some part of original system need to be changed.
