Description
CemMate **0 is a kind of retarding and strengthening type cement grinding aid.
By the use of CemMate **0, without the new investment and change of existing cement grinding process equipment, it can be realized that:
- Cement setting time is extended;
- Cement quality is improved;
- Part of clinker is saved;
- Energy cost is reduced.

Scope of the application
The expressway project needs retarding cement, whose setting time is over 6～8 hours.
CemMate **0 is suitable for the production of slow-setting cement.

Technical characteristic
- Prolonging setting time. According to customer demand, cement setting time can be prolonged by 2～6 hours so that retarding cement can be produced.
- Improving cement quality. The strength of cement at different ages can be increased significantly. The 3 days compressive strength can be enhanced by *0% and the *8 days compressive strength can be enhanced by *0%.
- Saving part of clinker. This product helps to mix more admixture such as volcanic ash, fly-ash, slag, limestone, etc into the cement than without using this product, so that 5～7% clinker can be saved.
- Reducing energy consumption. The energy consumed during milling and cement delivery can be reduced.

Dosage
The dosage of CemMate **0 is related to the physical properties of cement products.
The recommended dosage is ***0～***0 grams / tons of cement (0.*2～0.6% of cement weight). The optimum dosage must be determined by testing on the cement mill.

Usage method
In order to achieve the most stable using effect, CemMate **0 shall be accurately added by an adjustable liquid metering pump that matches the type and output of the cement mill. The liquid metering pump must be calibrated before use.
