Product Description

1. Kiln shell, who is the main body of the rotary kiln. The thickness of the kiln shell usually is about *0 mm, except the place near rim. It will be thicker than other part, because it is the part to support the kiln. There are a layer of fireproofing tile with the thickness of **0 mm, inside of the kiln shell. So the thickness prolongs the lifetime of the kiln, in case it gets out of shape. The taper about one meter away from the end of the kiln, who makes the material, from preheating chamber easier to move into the kiln.
2. Stay ring, with bearings and support wheel are used to support the weight of the kiln. Stay ring is set in the kiln shell, without fixed. There is a piece of iron plate, who keeps space between the kiln shell and the stay ring. The space is very the key point. It can destroy the kiln, which the expansion of the kiln shell by ring restrictions, if the clearance is too small. On the other side, if the clearance is too big, the kiln can move easily, which maks the wear harder, so easy to make the round kiln to oval-shaped. Generally speaking, we can add lubricating oil, to ease the situation. By estimate the movement between shell of kiln and the ring, we know the elliptic deformation degree of kiln shell.
3. Trust roller commonly known as block wheel, which is a limit switch to control the kiln up and down. In order to move the bearing wheel and wheel belt can be moved to uniform wear, the support wheel should be wider than the kiln tire.
