Rubber Process Oils (RPO) are used to improve the processability of rubber compounds or to increase the bulk of rubber in order to lower cost. They can can be broadly classified into three basic groups namely, paraffinics, napthenics and aromatics. They are used in a large variety of finished products in the chemical and manufacturing industries.

We supply a wide range of high quality RPO as we recognise the crucial role that RPO plays in your products and operations.

This environment friendly process oil is typically used as plasticiser, extender and general processing aid for natural and synthetic rubbers and other polymers. It also has enhanced solvency properties in comparison with the other paraffinic process oils with similar viscosity. Its applications can be in (but not limited to) the following industries:
