Use Characteristics:
1. TETD**5 is a scorch-safe ultra accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers, the main application includes cable, medical used gloves, rubber sheets and rubber shoes.                  2. TETD**5 shows longer scorch time comparing TMTD**5 and widely used in rubber injection products.                                                                       3. TETD**5 contains about *1% available sulfur, so it may be used as a vulcanizing agent in most of the sulfur cured system. It can be blended with TMTD**5 for the purpose in reducing the risk of blooming and still maintaining the cure activity.                                      4. TETD**5 is nonstaining and non-discoloring, very suitable for light color products.

Processing Advantages:
The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easy quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective TETD is assured.

Dosage: As vulcanizing agent: 3.0~5.0phr
       As primary accelerator: 0.5~2.0phr
       As secondary accelerator: 0.*5~0.5phr

Applications: Suitable for making electrical cable, medical used gloves, coated fabric, rubber sheets and shoes, tires and colored products, etc..
