1.Application
This machine is used for the rubber compounding and sheeting
2.Detail structure
Roller:material is chilled cast alloy iron,the hardeness of surface is *0±2HSD,the depth ofchilling layer is 5~*0mm;
Roll bearing and oil seal use the spherical roller bearing, can save ****5% energy,and thematerial  of oil seal is FPM;
Roll bearing lubricater is use the oil lubricating with electrical pump.
Bearing housing  is made from grey cast iron,made by annealing process and have a lubricate hole.
Nip adjustment device is driven by the motor,include the motor worm wheel,worm and dial scale,it can adjust singly and synchronally.
Frame is made from cast iron,by annealing process.
Bed plate is made by welding and annealing process.
Stock guide is mounted at the frame,main body is cast iron,the part near the roller is nylon*6;
Driving system is enclosed drive,the motor drive the reducer through flexible coupling,the reducer drive the roller through the universal coupling.
The motor is *-phase asynchronous motor,protect level is IP*4.
The reducer is harden finished gearbox reducer,double shaft,with a lubricate system.
The roller temperature control device include the rotory joint and spray pide.
Emergency stop and brake device: There are emergency rod on the top of machine and at the inside of frame,and the roller will stop in 1/4 cycle when the is pressed.
The stock pan is made from steel plate.
The main motor use the soft starter.
Cutting device:strip knife 2 sets
