Function：

Rubber Sieves / vibration rubber powder sieves are used in tire recycling plants for grading the rubber crumb/ rubber powder produced, and select the product of desired sizes. In some cases rubber sieves can also separate large fiber cords and steel wires mixed in the rubber.

The rubber sieves can be used either separated, or integrated in rubber pulverizer set.

rubber powder after being processed will be screened by the sieve, the qualified (small enough) ones can go through the screening mesh and be outputted, the unqualified ones will be automatically returned and processed again. An extra box is installed on the sieve to contain the large fiber cords separated by the sieve.

By changing the screening mesh of different mesh size according to the need, rubber powder/ crumb of different sizes can be selected. Sometimes the sives can be designed to have multiple layers of screening mesh to get several sizes.

FS***0 uses 5 mesh screening mesh here to separate the large steel wires mixed in the rubber, JFS***0 uses a *6 mesh screening mesh to select rubber powder for reclaimed rubber production. A magnetic separator is installed on the output opening of JFS***0 to remove the steel wires mixed in the rubber.
