Product Description

Function：
The waste rubber granular / Sprial Rubber Grinder LXF-seris is mainly used in the middle of a tire recycle line to process the tire chips of several cm large into rubber granules with average size of several mm( typically **8 mm). LXF Series uses a spiral rotor to squeeze the rubber into granules and separate the rubber from the steel, by adjusting the machine, granules of different average size can be produced, this procedure is usually called coarse grinding, or granulizing.

LXF-series can be used in our professional series tire recycle line, but many of our cliens also buy LXF-series separately and integrate into their own existing tire recycling system.

With the rubber processed into much smaller granules, it is now possible to remove most of the steel wires/cords mixed in the rubber. Therefore LXF-series granulators/ grinders are usually used in combine with magnetic separators as a set.

Advantages of adding LXF series in a tire reycle line / rubber crumb production line:

Compare to the traditional method of making rubber powder, in which rubber pieces produced by crushers/ shredders are directly sent into pulverizers, 3 significant advantages are brought by adapting the coarse grinding procedure:

The purity of the rubber powder gets improved significantly, as much less tiny steel particles generated during pulverization. This is very important for clients who makes high quality rubber products with the recycled rubber.

The working life of rollers of the pulverizers becomes 3 times longer as they no longer need to handle steel wires mixed in the rubber.

The productivity of rubber pulverizers can be increased by at leat *0% because they only need to handle pure, much smaller rubber granules.
