Introduction
Self Cleaning Filter is an online filter for various mediums. It is widely applied for recycling water or oil filtration in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, automobile, irrigation, electric power, paper making, painting, rubber and other industries.
 
Structure Principle
Filtrate flows through the filtering pillar at the bottom of ZJG Self Cleaning Filter. Impurities larger than filtering pillar’s gaps will be retained on their outer wall. Clean liquid through the gap and flows out from the upper outlet. When the impurities on the outer wall reach a certain thickness, differential pressure between inlet and outlet generates. Open blow-down valve according to differential pressure to generate back pressure between the pillar’s inner and outer cavity. A partition of filtrate flows oppositely from inner to outer and wash out the impurities on the outer wall. The residue is discharged from drain valve and continuous liquid supply could be realized at the same time.
