1. Characteristics of YHZS Mobile Concrete Mixing
Plan
1.1 Aggregate, Cement, Water Weighing and Delivery System:
Aggregate is conveyed by conveyor belt with flanges (on the edges),
abandoning the traditional skip feeding almost without default.
Cement Weighing and delivery system can directly connect Vertical
and Horizontal Silos.
Water is weighed by the high-precision measurement meter with high
accuracy and reliability.
1.2 Control System:
PLC is applied to the control centre; can be automated and manually
operated; has failure alarm system; of simple operation, easy
debugging and high reliability; computer control system dynamically
and colorfully displays the whole production process.
1.3 Unparalleled Mobility:
Mixer and aggregate belt conveyor can be folded on to the frame and
easily transferred. When reaching the working site, the machine can
