This resin is the hardest resin we make and is based on the ****0
MW low monol polyether with trifunctional methoxy groups. It is
suitable for harder sealants in the shore A *0 to *0 range and for
Surface coating applications where tough membranes and flexible
coatings are needed. The resin can be used with solvents and
adhesion promoters to produce these using well known technologies.
The advantage is there is cross linking with DBTDL or amine
chemicals and no isocyanate present.
This resin can be used to formulate cross linking hot melt
adhesives.
Protect the resin with vinyl silane and use secondary amino silane
adhesion promoters.
