Javachem® HG***0, is the organic groups modification ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer with PP as  the carrier. It is used for improving processing performance, surface performance and scratch resistance of polyolefin materals, comparing with other silicone scratch resistance, it has better compatibility with polyolefin systems, better scratch resistance effect and low stress whitening influence.



Applications

. Improve processing fluidity, reduce torque (energy comsumption) and enhance productivity.

. Improve surface gloss and smoothness.

. lower VOC, no odor, no migration and less influence on stress whitening.

. long-lasting scratch resistance even after aging, and excellent thermal stability

. Promote filler dispersion, enhance the products's oxygen index.
