using method:
note:
when using CMJ**4A/B platinum curing agent, A, B components must be separately added to the silicone rubber, add B first, then A component.as following method:
taking *0KGS silicone rubber as an example:
A component: 0.5% x *0kgs=**0g
B component: 1.0% x *0kgs=**0g
1.the *0kgs silicone rubber should be mixed on mixing machine untill it to be malacic,during the same time,color masterbatch can be added together.
2.take the **0g B component mix together with the *0kgs malacic silicone rubber, mix evenly again and then static cool down.
3.take the **0g A component in batches mix together with the *0kgs silicone rubbers which already mixed B component,evenly mixing
4.after static cool down,it can used for curing and molding operation

storage: A and B component should be separate storage in cool place.

note:
1.temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone rubber with this agent can not be higher than *5°C.
2.avoid to contact with nitrogen, sulfur, lead and other substances,they will cause dead materials
3.the silicone rubber which already added CMJ**4A/B platinum curing agent should be finished during 2 days
4.pleas choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization, bad raw materials will cause bubbles.
