Appearance: white powder

Solubility: its solubility is very good, being 2 times of that of soda ash. With little impurities, its solution is of clear transparent liquid.

Properties and advantages:

1) *5kg small packing, shall not result in fly ash, etc.

2) Its usage amount is small, only 1/7 to 1/*0 of that of soda ash.

3) Its strong dispersity could efficiently prevent the occurrence of white powder and make fibre shade bright.

4) It has good buffering capacity and high solubility (2 times of that of soda ash), besides, it has effect of even dyeing for cotton, thus color spot could be avoided effectively.

5) After dyeing by soda ash alternative, about *0% water could be saved for rinsing and *0% acid for neutralization could be saved.

6) It is cheap, so the cost could be effectively reduced. Compared with soda ash, more than *0% cost could be saved.

7) It is suitable for dyeing with low liquor ratio; it could reduce the usage amount of dye & auxiliaries used and discharge of dyeing waste water.

8) It does not contain the matters that harm the environment and human body, such as APEO; after simple acid neutralization, it could be degraded biologically, meeting the requirements of ecological fabric.

Application:

It could be widely applied in printing&dyeing industries and water treatment industries to replace soda ash and caustic soda.
 

Matters to be noted:

1)      Please be noted that before dyeing, the PH value should not be too low.

2)      Please be noted that PH value of the softening agent, chelation dispersing agent and levelling agent selected should not be too low, because it is one of the factors that affect the usage amount of soda ash alternative.
