Product Properties

Sodium Diacetate (SDA) is the molecular compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid, associated with a short hydrogen bond. Its chemical molecular formula is CH3COONa . CH3COOH . X H2O. It is a kind of white hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water (1g/ml) and ethanol, innocuous, and has acetic smell. It begins to break up when heated over **0℃ and emits fumes and pungent sour odor.

Product Uses

1. Food-level

Be used in Drinks, Condiments, Pickle & Kraut, Aquatic products, Bread & Cakes, Bean Products, Sweets, Meat products, etc.

2. Fodder-level

It is a new green mildew proof preservative, acid and modifier of feed, SDA is highly active, mildew proof, it can keep thing fresh and increase the nutritive value.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation
