KL****0A/B is two components compound. Heat and fast cured type for silicone rubber. The cured silicone adhesive has a good adhesion to stick with PET base material and improving the surface Stripping Resistance. 
The silicone adhesives are characterized by good leveling property, electrical insulating property, high grade of transparency and easy to clean with water.Applied to the computer display screen, mobile phone PET film,silicone protective film and screen protector.

Application ratio: A:B:Solvent=*0:8:*0(Weight)

Application Method:
1.Mixing uniformity A and B with solvent by a ratio of A:B:Solvent=*0:8:*0.
Taking material according to proportion, first mix B material and solvent evenly, and then mixed with A material evenly.
3. Defoaming treatment with vacuum by requirements. Coating uniformity of silicone adhesive on the silicone or PET film surface by coating method.
4. Baking at **0℃ for *4 seconds by IR strip.

Matters need attention:
1. The application ratio should be adjusted appropriate to different materials, the thickness of coating and weather conditions (temperature and humidness). The application ratio should better increase 5%~*0% based raw ratio at hot and humid conditions.
2. Cleaning base materials and keep it dry, free of dust and oil.
3. Controlling and checking the viscosity during the coating process. Pay attention to the quantity for once and make it deeply cured.
4. Keep in a good and suitable condition for coating. The working shop should be dust-free at *5～*5℃ and humidity controlled in *5 ~ *0%. Much over dust will cause NG products, Low over temperature will cause bad levelling property and adhesion strength, Large over humidity will cause shrinkage cavity of film. Low over humidity will cause potential safety hazard and whity by static.
5 .The mixed silicone adhesive should be used up within 1 hour, if high viscosity happens, stop coating at once.
6. The work shop should be ventilated and workers should wear labour protection tools during the coating process. Away from open flame, high temperature and pay attention to static electricity.

Storage: Stored at room temperature for 6 months without mixing.
