WD8190 is solvent free one component moisture curing polyurethane adhesive. It is suitable for the lamination of transparent or metallized films and aluminum foil to paper and paperboard.
Usage:
Suitable for:            Any type of solvent less laminating machine  
Coating weight:         2.0 g / m² ~ 6.0g / m² (depending on the thickness of laminating material and application)
Operating temperature:   
Meterage unit :50~70℃                              Tube heating :70~85℃
Coating roller :70~90℃                              laminating roller :20~60℃
 
Cure time:              24 to 72 hours (at 35 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, RH >30%).
WD8190 is characterized by a very high reactivity, which allows the slitting of the rolls and third layer laminating process after 24 hours of lamination. The curing process is normally completed 7~14 days after lamination.
 
Cleaning solvent:        Ethyl Acetate etc.
