It's easy, Just add water. No spill is to large for, Micro-Blaze® Emergency Liquid Spill Control and Spill CaddyTM. The system is designed with several flow rates. Starting at *1 US Gallons (*1 Liters) per minute flow at *5 psi (5.*5 kg/cm or 5.*8 bar) with the standard 3/4" hose reel (*9 mm). Using the optional 1" (*5mm) lay flat hose and large nozzle, flow is *2.3 GPM (*4.4 Lpm). Both lines together provide over *3 GPM (**5 Lpm) of flow. The system is designed with two additional optional outputs to handle large spills. The Spill Caddy is designed with Adjustable proportions of Micro-Blaze® allowing for different rates based on the spill incident material Micro-Blaze®. Listed with the United States Environmental Protection Agency's National Contingency Plan (U.S. EPA - NCP Schedule) as a bioremediation effectiveness agent. State of California, Department of Fish and Game, Office of Spill Prevention and Response has issued a License, through ***8 to Verde Environmental, Inc. for Oil Spill Cleanup Agent, for Micro-Blaze® as an approved Bioremediation Agent. Usually, heavier weight hydrocarbons like motor oils and hydraulic fluids use a 3% solution (3 parts MicroBlaze® concentrate with *7 parts water). Apply the diluted solution forcefully with full pressure so the oils will thoroughly mix with the solution and start emulsifying. The LELs of volatile lighter weight fuels like gasoline and jet fuels can be reduced to non-dangerous levels with an application of Micro-Blaze® Emergency Liquid Spill Control in a 6% solution.
