1.Application and Advantage of Rain Pipe
Rain pipe is also called spray tape or sprinkler hose. 2. Features of Rain Pipe Line:
2.1 Frequency conversion control system is used for extruders and traction machine of the line, as leading to flexible adjustment, dependable and stable operation, and low energy consumption.
2.2 Special material and structural design are adopted for screws and barrels of the extruders. So the raw material can bewellplastified and productionbecomes stable.
2.3 Intelligent temperature control system is adopted for the total line, which brings accurate temperature control, effective energy-saving effect and convenient operation.
2.4 Unique vacuum control unitleads to high accurate degrees, small pipe diameter error and even pipe thickness.
2.5 Laser drilling is used, ascan lead to *5m/min in speed, with holes formed very round and smooth, and no bits and rough edges produced. By use ofcomputer, high automation isenabled, with holes arrangement and spacing adjusted freely and conveniently.
2.6 Two-position winder enable rapid and convenient rolls changing. And the far infrared meter device gives out automatic alarm at set length.
