SRC Chewing Gum Lines all equipments that are in contact with the
products are manufactured with stainless steel. (AISI **4) Double
arm mixers mix the gum base, glucose, coloring agents,
sweeteners, and other flavors perfectly. Flat mixing tank is
coated with a jacket to keep the temperature of tank.
Pre-Extruder and Extruders
SRC food extruders are designed for varying type of candy
productions such as: Chewing gum, bubble gum, liquid injected
gum, bonbon, liquorice, and fill in liquorice and candy
paste.
-Pre-extruders are added after mixer that provides homogeneity of
the recipe and adjusts the temperature of the recipe before being
processed in extruder.
-The extruders may produce varying form and type of products by
processing the paste in convenient temperature.
-The candy extruders are manufactured in single screw, double
screw or quadruple screws in accordance with the type of product
that will be processed.
