(1)Functions
The milling drum made of stainless steel possesses the features of high precision, multiple functions, high efficiency and automation. It utilizes advanced technique, such as pneumatic circuit, automatic control and program control. It can control heat, temperature and humidity automatically. The simple operation contributes to continuance and automation of tanning production. Leather after bating softly is not only eliminated coheres, contraction and hardness of fiber and possesses moderate flexibility and extension, but also reinstated area of contraction. Therefore, it can raise strength, reduce extension and improve exterior appearance; The leather has excellent surface graininess.

(2)Structure
This machine consists of inside drum made of stainless steel, outside shell with heat-shielded layer, frame, driving component and automatic PC set which control water, electric and air.
1. The driving adopts braking motor and cyclic gear reducer. The drum body revolves in positive and opposite direction by five one-grouped V-belts.
2. It is set eight aprons around inside drum. On both ends of drum body, there is a closed circuit composed by windpipe, heating set and absorption dust set. The leather in the drum run by multiple function program is controlled according to the requirement of process. Dust on leather is continually removed into dust collector through wind path, therefore the quality of finished leather is assured.
3. Relative humidity in the drum is adjusted by spraying water from time to time. The spray-water time is adjusted automatically through PC timer installed in electric box in circulatory way.
4. There is an air exchange device, which can adjust temperature and humidity automatically. When a command of open valve in temperature and humidity control system is sent out, air in the drum will flow outside. It is necessary when both temperature and humidity control system sent out close command, the air can flow inside the drum body.
