VISCO starch binder has superior adhesion and expansion properties.
It is specially developed to act as a natural binder for
manufacturing feed pellets, briquettes, mosquito coil and welding
electrode. It is instantly solubilizes in cold water, forming a
high tack adhesive which holds stuffs together. Our starch binder
is a low inclusion binder and has lower cost compare to other
chemical binders. It is also odor and taste free.
Applications / Advantages:
1) It is used as binder in mosquito coil, incense
stick, welding electrode and briquette industries to replace
expensive gum.
2) Because of high viscosity and appreciable
binding capacity, VISCO starch binder finds much favor in adhesive
industry and animal feed industries.
3) It helps to bind every nutrient ingredient
together and keep the fish feed stable in the water for 2 – 6
hours.
