Product Description

Shaped like Lump, flake; Saturated fatty acid mainly with C*6 and C*8, white flake solid at ambient temperature, not dissolved in water, slightly dissolved in benzene and carbon bisulfide, and easily dissolved in hot alcohol. No smell no poison. It has the general chemical properties of organic carboxylic acid. 
Not dissolve in water; slightly soluble in ethanol; easily Soluble in acetone, benzene; soluble in ether, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, etc.

Stearic acid is widely used as cold-resistant plasticizer, stabilizer, surfactant, release agent, rubber vulcanization accelerator, etc.
  Stearic acid should be kept in a dry and ventilated place.
 In rubber industry: It used as vulcanization activator of rubber ploymer and latex, also softener.
In plastics industry: It is widely used in pipes, board, profile and film as plasticizer, stabilizer, lube lubricant.
In textile industry: Yarn lubricant.
In other way. It also used to make release agent, calcium steatate, anti-foam additive, Drug-free, Environment-friendly materials.
