Introduction:
1).
Pure Stearic Acid is white with a shiny soft small pieces or
powdered crystal, odorless; soluble in chloroform, carbon
bisulphide and carbon tetrachloride.
2). It is slightly soluble in cold water, soluble in alcohol,
acetone, soluble in benzene, chloroform, ethyl ether, carbon
tetrachloride, carbon disulfide, and toluene, etc.
3). No smell no poison. It has the general chemical properties of
organic carboxylic acid.
Application
