Product Description

Steel pipe CWC equipment

It is mainly used to coat oil and gas steel pipes used undersea. Concrete weight coating can increase the weight of pipes and pipes can also be sunk underwater in empty state. It can also ensure that pipeline movement under the action of water will not occur. The concrete coating can protect the anticorrosion layer of steel pipe and prevent some mechanical damage while being laid and used.

Concrete mixing station
It is used to mix and supply concrete.

Concrete incoming hopper
It is a temporary storage place for concrete between mixing equipment and coating system.

Concrete conveyor
It is used to transport concrete into hopper. It is a transition between concrete incoming hopper and coating system.

Impingement throwing unit
It is used coat pipes by throwing concrete on pipe surface.

Pipe coating carriages
The pipe coating carriages consists of a powered carriage, which contains a variable speed drive for pipe rotation and travel and an idler carriage, which contains a longitudinal drive to adjust for pipe length.

The wire dispenser and accumulator system is used to direct the wire mesh from the wire spools to the wire guide system.

Wire guide system assembly
The wire guide assembly is used to direct two strips of wire mesh, received from the wire feed system,to the rotating pipe during coating operations.

Reclaim system
The reclaim system is used to recycle concrete that does not adhere to the pipe.

Weigh station
It is used to weigh pipes after coating.

Pipe end cutback machine
It is mainly used to cut and clean the pipes end after coating and provide convenience for welding and laying.
