Dyeing Auxiliaries 

Dye bath lubricant  

TRIOCHEM **4:

Anticreasing agent for cellulosic fibre, sulphated fats, anionic, TRIOCHEM **4 could be used in the pretreatment bath, as well as in the dyebath with reactive dyes. It could be slowly and evenly absorbed by the fibre, rendering the fabric soft, and thus facilitating the natural folding and unfolding of the fabric whilst circulating in the machine. As a result, formation of crease-marks and abrasive damage could be avoided.

TRIOCHEM **6:

Universal bath lubricant, nonionic, polymeric amide, non-foaming, TRIOCHEM **6 could be quickly absorbed from the bath to the fibre surface, where the viscosity of the fibre-liquid layer will be increased, rendering a sliding film around the fibre. Fibre-fibre and fibre-metal frictional coefficients will be hence reduced, running properties of the fabric in the treatment bath will be significantly improved. As a result, formation of crease-marks and surface damages due to excess abrasion could be avoided.

Levelling agent 

TRIOCHEM **3:

Sequestering and dispersing agents for cotton dyeings with reactive and direct dyes, they are able to eliminate all possible negative influences due to water hardness on dyeing, particularly to prevent formation of calcium carbonate and colour stains during dyeing. In soaping off reactive dyeing, they facilitate the removal of unfixed dye and prevent their redeposition onto the fibre. In washing off of multi-coloured articles they prevent cross - staining.

TRIOCHEM **1:

Levelling and dispersing agent for PES dyeing, nonionic / anionic, TRIOCHEM **1 prossesses outstanding levelling, dispersing and migrating properties and additional dyeing auxiliaries are not necessary.

TRIOCHEM **5:

Levelling agent for polyamide dyeing, pseudocationic, TRIOCHEM **5 regulates the rate of absorption of acid and acid metal complex dyes on polyamide, it promotes dye migration and it results in dyeing with good levelness free from barreness.

TRIOCHEM **7:

Levelling agent for wool and polyamide dyeings, pseudocationic, TRIOCHEM **7 is mainly applied for dyeing wool with acid and reactive dyes, for dyeing polyamide with acid dyes as well.

Soaping agent 

TRIOCHEM **1:

Sequestering and dispersing agent for cotton dyeing with reactive and direct dyes, TRIOCHEM **1 at the beginning of dyeing, is able to inhibit calcium and magnesium ions, eliminating their influence on dye affinity thus preventing rapid and uneven dye striking commonly caused by water hardness. When soda ash is added to the dyebath in the stage of dye fixation, TRIOCHEM **1 acts as an excellent dispersing agent for calcium carbonate, securing bright dyeings with soft handle achievable even in hard water. In the subsequent soaping off, TRIOCHEM **1 counteracts the influences on dye substandtivity imposed by water hardness, facilitating the removal of unfixed dyes and preventing their redepositions back to the fibre, and thus achieving optimum wet fastness properties thereafter.

Repair agent  

TRIOCHEM **0:

Migrating and levelling-out agent for polyester dyeing, when using regular application amount, TRIOCHEM **0 could assist dye diffusion into difficult substrate and using higher amount, it could facilitate level-out uneven dyeings of different depth or of different shades. It is a “repairing agent” for PES dyeing.

Fixing agent 

TRIOCHEM **3:

Fixing agent and reserving agent for polyamide dyeings and printings, modified syntane, anionic, TRIOCHEM **3 is featured with great reliability against colour stains in the fixing bath. In the aftertreatment, residues of pseudocationic levelling agent left behind will interact with the anionic fixing agent, leading to impairment of wet fastness and sometimes colour stains. TRIOCHEM **3 has been so modified that it is not sensitive to pseudocationic residues in the fixation bath. In PA/WO dyeing, when synthetic syntane is used as a reserving agent for tone-in-tone dyeing of the two components, conventional pseudocationic levelling agents are normally not necessary.

TRIOCHEM **5:

Fixing agents for dyeings with reactive and direct dyes, cationic, formaldehyde-free, TRIOCHEM **5 could noticeably improve fastness to chlorinated water, significantly improve contact and washing fastness of the dyeing as well.
