Application
GLS Type  Screw Conveyor is widely used as a conveying equipment in chemical industry, building material, food oil, fodder, food, metallurgical, mine, plastics, medicine industry, etc. It is suitable for grain or power material’s horizontal convey, slope convey, vertical convey, etc.Special specification can made according to the customer’s demands.

Structure and operation principle
The conveyor consists of reducer,feed inlet,spiral, spiral blade,bracket, wear-resistant lining, u-shaped groove. The conveyor is used the rotating spiral to transport the materials along the fixed shell of machine to convey . The head and tail bearing move to outsaid of shell .Hanging bearing adopts sliding bearing equipped sealing device. The bush generally uses powder metallurgy,but the bush need use blankets, lift shaft and screw axis using the slider connection when transporting cement .

Characteristics
1. The screw conveyor can be divided into the circular and "U" shape shell, which make the application larger, better for powder transporting. The GLS-screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying the large cohesive and easy caking material
2.The GLS-screw conveyor is equipped the two kinds of drive device, and the speed reducer all adopt the hard gearing surface .the advantage of the screw conveyor is strong capacity and long service life .
