The WLS type shaftless screw conveyor structure simple ,no bearing in the conveyor spout, and material handing smooth without clogging. the conveyor adopt the full closed designing which protecting the atmosphere from secondary pollution. Shaftless manufactured using a special forming process, high rigidity. Shaftless spirit single-length is 2m which spiral welded joints little. The u-shaped adopts U-shaped liners made of high quality plastic molding, good wear resistance.

Application
The conveyor is mainly used for environmental protection, papermaking, chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical, beverage industries .it has the advantage of transporting the strong adhesion material, paste viscous and dense material (such as chemical raw materials, waste paper pulp, malt, sludge, etc) and easy winding materials (solid waste).

Structure and operation principle
The conveyor consist of the power plant ,the head equipment , shell, shaftless spiral, wear-resistant lining, inlet, outlet, machine cover (if needed), the base and so on.Spiral is made of the thicker Ribbon leaves. Through the axle-free spiral conveyors driven section driving, the material rotating accompanied by the spiral to convey continuously.
