Product Description

The equipment can pyrolysis waste tire and output oil, carbon black, steel wire without pollution. It is composed by nine parts:

a.main engine horizontal type revolving split processor b.Separate system c.Cooling liquefying system d.Storage oil System e.Waste gas recycling system f.Desulfurization And Dedust system g.Waste gas discharge system h.Feed-in system i.Carbon black slag system
Description: a.The reactor is made by *6mm **5R boiler steel, the size is ***0****0,and the feeding gate is oval-shaped to feed easily. b.A Gas separate and a Secondary setting tank are used to decontaminate the oil, the former is 5mm and the latter is 3mm. c. There are *0 pipes which diameter is **9mm and thickness is 2mm, the cooling pool's size is 6m*4.5m,especially the water can be used again and again. d.The oil tank's thickness is 3mm, it can contain 5t oil. e.This design can save fuel and prevent pollution. Some oil not liquefied will be sent to the furnace to act as fuel. To prevent the fire back flow, we design a water seal which has a alarm, a safety value,a pressure gauge to ensure the safety. f.Waste gas from fuel' burn will be desulfuration in the desulfurization deduster through TFGD and be dedusted in the water film cyclone to decontaminate the gas. g.The gas decontaminated will be discharged into the air through a chimney with the help of a chimney. h.You can use a belt conveyor to feed the waste tire into the reactor automatically. i.The carbon black will be discharged into the out gate, then it will be sent out by a heave dragon screw conveyor.
