         The traveling grate is used to dehydrate and preheat green balls before feeding into the rotary kiln. Dried green balls without processed do not have the physical properties necessary to the rotary kiln directly and must be semi-indurated at first in the travelling grate, which can assure the strength of the pellet. All the heat-resistant parts in the traveling section are made by our plant with unique smelting and heat-treatment technology, which enjoy more than *5% market share.    The traveling grate is a kind of heat-transferring track machine specially used in the pellet process through the method of traveling-grate—rotary-kiln. Its part is to dehydrate and preheat green pellets through its draught-dry zoneⅠ, draught-dry zoneⅡ and draught-preheating zone in turn until their mechanical intensity meets the requirement and then to be discharged into the rotary kiln by strippers.
