Crusher Type:

In the primary stage, they are the crushers which provide controlled breaking of medium hardness and low abrasive materials at high dimensional reduction rates. They make it possible to reduce the material up to *5 tons up to ***0 mm in weight.

Mounting Structure:

Crusher body consists of two parts. The upper part can be opened completely with hydraulic cylinders and can be easily serviced; enables easy replacement of pallets, impact plates and linings.

Operation:

In the first crushing stage, the stone entering the crusher strikes the crushing elements in the specially designed primary crushing chamber with the swing of rotor hammers. In the primary crushing chamber, high pressure and crushing power are created to break even the most difficult materials to break. When the crushed material reaches the desired dimensions, it passes to the second zone.

Materials that are too large to pass into this zone are sent back to the primary crushing chamber by the crushing elements and remain in this zone until they are large enough to pass into the second chamber. The material passing through the second zone passes through a crushing step and is reduced to smaller dimensions.
