Product Description

Crusher Type:

Although it is generally used in tertiary plants, it can be used as secondary type. It is very successful in crushing limestone, alluvial and quarry materials. One of the most important features of the tertiary crusher is that the direction of rotation of the rotor can be changed if desired or periodically. This ensures that the wear on the pallets is bidirectional and the pallet life is longer.

It is preferred in medium hardness and non-abrasive materials due to its high efficiency and low operating costs and ease of maintenance. Maintenance requirements and operating costs increase in hard and abrasive quarry materials such as Basalt and Granite. Therefore it is not preferred to use in these materials and our company does not recommend.

Mounting Structure:

The crusher body has two side covers. It carries over the hydraulic system to adjust the position of the pendants. The large size of the side doors provides great ease of maintenance.

Operation:

The material fed to the crusher is crushed by the pallets connected to the rotor first by hitting the impact wall with a high speed and then by the pendulum whose distance to the pallets can be adjusted. This process is continued and the material is broken. A high proportion of fine material is obtained. As the wear parts of the impact walls and pendulum become thin, the distance between the pendulum and the pallet can be kept constant so that the material dimensions at the breaker outlet remain the same.
