Tyre Recycling Plant (TDF-Tire Derived Fuel)

Shredwell TDS Plant is designed for recycling all kinds of tires, whole car and truck tires including mining tires, OTR tires. This is a non-chemical processing system, cause no temperature arise.The recycled tire chips can be used for TDF(Tire derived fuel)which is a fuel used for heat plants and cement ovens or for equestrian(i.e. Rubber mixed with sand or sawdust used in the horse industry as ground in the stable or at the tracks).
 
Main machines of a typical TDS plant:
*Loader**- An steel conveyor with a hopper works automatically to transfer the used tires.
*Tire washer**-An automatic machine for washing the untidy tires in order to protect the shredder blades.
*Conveyor**- to transfer the tires to be shred
*Shredder**- To shred the tires into chips
*Classifier**- A size separator,the rubber chips go through this machine, the desired size chips will go to next step and the undesired size chips will turned back to shredder for further shredding.
