1. Description of this line:

This dairy processing plant produce several types of market milk products, i. e., whole milk, skimmed milk and standardized milk of various fat contents.

The raw milk can be fresh milk or powder milk, the procedure method can be pasteurization or HTST pasteurizer or UHT processing.

End product package of this dairy processing milk plant can be plastic pouches, plastic cups, plastic bottles, glass bottles, roof top box, pre-pak pouches, paper carton etc. For this milk processing line according to different end product and package type, the production technology is differently designed. 

 2.UHT milk production line:

The whole milk production line consists of the following systems:
1. Water treatment system
2. Suger melt system
3. Sterilizer system
4. Filling and packing system
5. CIP cleaning system
6. After treatment equipments, like conveyor, package or pallet, etc.
7. There are other assistant equipments used such as steam boilers, air compressor, cold water unit, etc.
8. Installation materials for the process pipline, utility pipeline as well as electrical installation are provided.
Filling and packing types can be decided by the customer then designed accordingly.

Notes: Milk production lines can be widely used to produce UHT milk, sterilized milk, setted milk, stirred milk, milk drink, yogurt, ice cream, condensed milk and milk powder, and so on.

3.Technical parameter:
