UV Curable Offset Printing Ink

XUV is light-cure(ultraviolet radiation) offset ink, which is suitable to high-speed print with the characteristic of high sticking and machining. Characteristic of products:
1.fast setting, ink thick, high gloss.
2.high colorfull, high concentration, good shape restore of colors.
3.safe setting, little smell after setting on paper.
4.ink film is good flexility after setting on paper, not crazed after print when presswork processed and mouling.
Application:
1.compound gold and silver paperboard, laser-paper and other package paper, just like cigarette case, wine case, gift case.
2.PVC, treated PET, PE,PP: like plastic package, PVC and PET credit card, magcard. Notes:
1.XUV ink is adjusted to suitable rheology. Please add **5%UV thinner for thinning the ink when the ink is thicker and thicker with the print temperature is increased.
