Air-cooled vacuum oil quenching furnace
Air-cooled vacuum oil quenching furnace is used for alloy, alloy structure steel, mold steel, high-speed steel, bearing steel, elastic alloy steel, stainless steel etc. to do bright quenching , magnetic material sintering , bright annealing or vacuum brazing.
 
Technical characteristics :
·Use second-generation graphite rod as heating element , its service life, maintenance is much better than graphite cloth .
·Composite flashboard valve has good insulation for heat and gas, which is much advanced than
the flap valve .
·Adopt mechanical drive,  much more accurate and reliable than hydraulic system . Low failure rate, simple maintenance .
·Feed mechanism :
—— For the small furnace , using the unique form of bifurcation **- conveying mechanism has no oil to avoid pollution of the heating chamber and greatly reduce the cooling chamber volume, save nitrogen for cooling , reduce the cost of vacuum furnace operation.
—— For the big furnace, using skip car to send oil in order to avoid deformation of loading-box which will cause poor oil-sending.
·High automatic control system , stable and reliable . In addition to the loading, discharging, all can be run automatically . For the temperature control, intelligent temperature controller is used , for motion control using  imported programmable controller (Japans  Corporation).
