How this vegetable oil press machine works?

This vegetable oil press machine utilizes the screw shaft which is set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber. Owing to the spiral helical pitch of screws becomes shorter and the spiral depth of screw becomes shallower, in the chamber the volumes between screws and pressing ring inner are smaller, pressure produced from curve saw-tooth of pressing ring inner, which oil is separated out. Oil releases from the gaps between bars and oil slots between pressing rings. The oil cake releases from the cake release state.

Step 1. Before pressing, the oil materials should be pretreated. For example, peanut and sunflower seeds or similar materials with hull should be cleaned, pealed and broiled. Cotton seeds should be delinted, which means to remove the residual cotton from the seeds, then broken. Soybeans need to be softened and crushed to be better for pressing.

Step 2. Then the half-processed oil materials can be fed into the vegetable oil press.

Step 3. After pressed, the vegetable oil may contain certain impurities or unhealthy chemicals, in this case the oil need to be filtered or refined.

Step 4. When vegetable oil processing is finished, it goes to the packing of oil.
