Product Description

1. Virgin Coconut Oi - oil obtained fromfresh and mature kernel of the coconut by mechanical or natural means, with or without the use of heat, without undergoing chemical refining, bleaching or deodorizing thus does not lead to alteration of the nature of the product. It consists mainly of medium chain triglyceride (mct) and, therefore, resistant to peroxidation. It has anti-oxidant and anti-cancer properties, is cholesterol and chemical-free and less prone to rancidity. 2. Coconut Milk (liquid) - is the white, thick liquid extracted from the freshly grated coconut meat and it contains fats, proteins, amino compounds, carbohydrates and minerals. It can be canned, pasturized and frozen for remanufacturing purposes or for direct consumption. 3. Coconut Milk Powder (solid) - spray-dried coconut milk combined with emulsifiers to improve the texture of the product. It is packed in retortable pouches or plastic bags lined with PE lining. 4. Coir - is the fibrous material derived from coconut husk and with texture that is stiff yet elastic, pliable and resilient. Colors range from light to dark depending on the maturity of the nuts. White fiber is generally obtained from green nuts. It is used mainly as stuffing materials in bed manufacture, geo-textile net processing for soil erosion control, stitch fiber for also for erosion control, plant liner, etc. 5. Geo-textile Nets - is twined fiber and woven to produce net of 1 m by *0 m in size and is made from **0% coi. It is spread over bald areas, mountain slopes or plains with intention to vegetate such areas to strengthen the slope or soil to prevent erosion. It isz now used world-wide and its demand for such uses has been growing leaps and bounds. 6. Coir Dust - the by-product from producing coir from the coconut husk. t is spongy in texture and is rich in lignin and tannin. It has high water holding capacity (8 times its weight) It is used extensively in horticulture and agriculture applications.
