Water Proofing and Oil Proofing Agent (repellent) AG-7400

Properties

 

1.To give nylon, polyester and other synthetic fibers, cotton, wool and 

other natural fibers and their blended fabric a durable water and oil repellent.

2.Mechanical stability and excellent compatibility with other additives, 

make it possible to achieve a stable water and oil repellent.

3.Make the fabric become softer.

4.Little impact to rubbing fastness and washing fastness, almost no effect on the shade.

5.Not contain APEO.

 

Application

 

The AG****0 working solution is stable, almost wouldn't happen 

sticky to the rolling stick.If mix use  with isopropyl alcohol (**3%) or 

stabilizing agent S (0.***0.*3%), it can further improve the stability of  

padding solution and prevent the resin gluing.

For padding ****0%( according to different fabric)

For drying: at **0°C for 1 minute

For curing: at **0°C for 1 minute

The dosage is vary from the performance requirements, 

in generally the dosage as follow:

For  nylon is ****0 g/l

For polyester is ****0g/l

For cotton is ****0 g/l

For Polyester / cotton fabric ****0 g/l
