· Manufacturing process

    The miniaturized waveguide isolators main parts include metal cavity, gyromagnetic ferrite, permanent magnet substrate, etc. The general material of the metal cavity is aluminum alloy or copper alloy, the aluminum is coated with by conductive oxidation or nickel plating.  gyromagnetic ferrite, permanent magnet substrates are sticked to the surface of the cavity.

 

· Failure mode

******-Flange deformation (abnormal reasons, fall down) cannot connect normally, cannot be repaired when seriously deformed.

******-Microwave sensitive sundry enter the cavity and make the performance degrade, cannot be repaired.

******- Gyromagnetic ferrite substrate fall down, cannot be repaired.

******-Absorbing substrates fall down, cannot be repaired.

******-Strong external magnetic field interference, works well after removing the external magnetic field.

 

· Storage conditions

******-Temperature：**5°C~***5°C

******-Relative humidity：5%~*8%

******-Avoid acid，alkaline and other corrosive gas

******-Avoid strong magnetic field or ferromagnetic materials.

 

· Choosing guidance

    The miniaturized waveguide isolator is widely used in microwave transmission systems. The functions are as following: improving matching, eliminating the Rear-end reflection, protecting the Front-end. The application advantages are obviously appeared in band above Ka, especially the insertion loss is 1/3 to other circulators (the ratio of the energy).
