Mega **1A is concentrated wide temperature neutral cellulase granular which can effectively be used for denim stone wash finishing and other cellulosic fabric modifications. MEGA **1A provides maximum formulation flexibility to formulators. Buffering agent and surfactant system needs to be added to minimize re-deposition on denim. It is designed for use either alone or with pumice stone to give maximum abrasion with minimum damage during the treatment of denim garments, and reduce environmental pollution. • SPECIFICATION Appearance : light to yellowish granulation Enzyme Type : Cellulase CAS No. : ********8 IUB-No : EC 3.2.1.4 • PRODUCT APPLICATION • High concentrated activity allows more flexibility for formulators • Ensures salt and pepper effect with grayish indigo cast • Biopolishing effect • High level of surface modifications can be achieved with e.g. pumice stones, which reduce machine wear and tear and fabric damages. • Eco-friendly and Bio-degradable. • APPLICATION PARAMETERS pH: 6.0~7.0 Temp: *5°C~*5°C Dosage: 0.*5%~0.*0% Final conditions will vary according to fabric type, conditions, as well as customer style preference. • DOSAGE RECOMMENATIONS It is recommended that optimal dosage be defined by experimenting to obtain the desired effects. Customer’s desired affects varies by company so our listed dosage should be used as reference only. • COMPATIBILITY Non Ionic wetting agents, non-ionic surfactants, dispersants, buffering salts, and pumice stones is compatible with Mega **1A, but positive testing is recommended prior to all formulations and applications. Contact of Mega **1A with ferric ions should be avoided. • INACTIVATION Inactivation must be carried out after treatment. Either alkaline rinse by raising pH to > *0 for *0 minutes or the use of bleaching agents will terminate the enzyme reaction. • PACKAGING Mega **1A is available in standard packing of *0 Kg drums. Packing as desired by customers can be arranged. • STORAGE Mega **1A is recommended to store at *4°C (**0°F) or below with optimum temperature at *5°C. Products stored in sealed container at recommended level will maintain *0% activity for at least 6 months. Prolonged storage at temperatures above *0°C should be avoided. • SAFETY AND HANDLING Mega **1A is an enzyme, an active protein and should be handled accordingly.
