Product Description

ACQ has been developed due to the shortcomings of ACQ such as bad mildew-proofing effect and sediment residue.It can be used for anti-corrosion and mediew-proofing for wood or bamboo.The usage is in regard to soaking,brushing, spraying, and vacuum pressure impregnation.After treatment, the surface of the bamboo or wood will have no sediment residue and the color will be evenly distributed. The bamboo can show good mildew-proofing results after treatment.
Soaking: material is immersed completely in processing liquid more than 1 hour.
Brushing, spraying: brush or spray processing liquid evenly on the surface of material.
Vacuum pressure impregnation:moisture content of material should be below *2%,keep the weight of dry product in the range of **9kg/m³ according to the requirements of different enviroments.
The treated material should be placed in a cool well-ventilated place to dry either naturally, or in a kiln, or by infrared radiation.
The treated material will keep the original color. Application does not affect any follow-up processing such as painting, bonding, waxing, etc.

Flammability Non flammable. May evolve toxic gases (carbon/ nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, amines,
ammonia) when heated to decomposition.

Fire & Explosion Non flammable. Evacuate area and contact emergency services. Toxic gases (carbon/ nitrogen
oxides, hydrocarbons, ammonia, amines) may be evolved when heated. Remain upwind and
notify those downwind of hazard. Wear full protective equipment (see spillage measures)
including Self Contained Breathing Apparatus(SCBA) when combating fire. Use waterfog to
cool intact containers and nearby storage areas.

Spillage: If spilt (bulk), contact emergency services where appropriate. Wear splash-proof goggles,

PVC/rubber gloves, a Type A (Organic vapour) respirator (where an inhalation risk exists),

coveralls, PVC apron and rubber boots. Ventilate and clear area of all unprotected personnel.
Absorb spill with sand or similar, collect and place in sealable containers for disposal

StorageStore in cool, dry, well ventilated area, removed from oxidising agents, acids, nitrites - nitrosating
agents and foodstuffs. Ensure containers are adequately labelled, protected from physical
damage and sealed when not in use.
Handling
Before use carefully read the product label. Use of safe work practices are recommended to
avoid eye or skin contact and inhalation. Observe good personal hygiene, including washing
hands before eating. Prohibit eating, drinking and smoking in contaminated areas.
