walls of yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ). Its chemical
structure is long beta 1,*- glucan branched beta 1,*- glucan. It
is widely accepted now that the beta*1,*-glucan purified from
yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is the most potent
anti-infective immunomodulator of all species of beta
1,*-glucans.
Research indicates that beta*1,*-Glucan derived from
Saccharomyces cerevisiae triggers an immune response in the body
creating a system of defense against viral, bacterial, fungal,
parasitic or neoplastic invaders, lowers blood cholesterol
levels, Inhibits tumor growth. Many studies also showed that
