Aluminum Complex Base Grease

Product Description

Thickened by new thickening agent, it is made from high viscosity mineral oil with antirust and oxidation inhibitors through special technical process.

According to GB/T ***1.***0 (ISO***3/*****7), it can be classified as follow:
L-XBGMA0` L-XBGMA1` L-XBGMA2.

Features
◆ Peculiar thermal reversibility. Resume to its normal fibre structure when cooling down after being heated at high temperature.
◆ Short fibre structure of its thickener makes No.1 and No.2 grease are suitable for long distance pumping.
◆ Excellent high temperature, lubricity and oxidation resistant properties.
◆ Acceptable anti-rust performance. Prevent rust at lubrication points.
◆ Do not contain any heavy metal and nitrite that will do harm to human, s health and pollute environment.

◆ Meets the following performance specification: SH/T ******2(***3).

Application
◆ It is used for high temperature and heavy-load equipments such as continuous rolling, continuous casting machine and steel tapping roller in metallurgical industry, printing and dyeing machinery, high capacity motor.
◆ Application temperature range: **0 to **0℃, **0℃ in short-time.
