CL-B series of plate type filtration system is used mainly for filtering of kerosene based process lubrication coolant (Hereinafter referred to as the rolling oil) in the nonferrous metal plates/sheets, strip, foil cold rolling mills.
The filtration system is the key equipment to guarantee the enough filtration fineness for process lubrication coolant and thus ensure the surface quality of the rolled products can meet the technical requirements.
The filtering process of this series of filter machine is carried out in a series of rectangular plate type filter boxes horizontally set and stacked in a parallel mode. The number of filter box layers and stacks can be increased and decreased according to the medium flow requirement.The main filtration unit is designed as a four-column vertical structure, with high rigidity, it features compact structure and small occupying area.
