Impregnated activated carbon uses granular coal-based activated carbon with high adsorption property as raw material, and is produced through dipping of the alkaline solution such as potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, and activation, drying on the temperature ********0. It is widely used to remove the organic gases and steam such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide of air and other airflow.
Liquid phase adsorption, air purification, the product has large specific surface area, appropriate pore structure, high mechanical strength, no-easy broken, easy regeneration, long life service, and can bear high temperature, high pressure effect. It is widely used for purification of chemical raw material gas, chemical synthesis gas, pharmaceutical industry gas, carbon dioxide and hydrogen of beverage, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, ethylene, acetylene, cracking gas, inert gases etc. and used for purification, separation, refining of atomic facilities exhaust, and hydrogen sulfide gas removing, PAT plant oxidation gas adsorption etc.
