Product description RNasin is a recombinant protein expressed by Escherichia coli and forms a 1:1 complex with RNase A, showing high non-competitive inhibition of RNase (Ki=3×****0 M). The reaction is reversible. The complex can be dissociated by urea and basophosphoric reagents, and the RNase can be reactivated while the inhibitor is irreversibly inactivated. Unlike other competitive inhibitors (nucleic acids, inorganic phosphoric acids), this product has protein properties and can be easily removed from the reaction system by phenol treatment.
