Double or single chamber vacuum packaging machineevacuates the packaging bags with its vacuum chambers, sometimes then fills it with inert gas to achieve anti-corrosion and quality preservation results.

Working process:
When the chambers are closed, the vacuum pump starts to evacuate, and the packaging bags are also evacuated. The vacuum pump stops working when it reaches the rated vacuum degree. At the same time, the vacuum machine heats and seals the bag mouth, then the entire process is completed.


Working principle:
Vacuum packaging removes oxygen from the packaging bags, this causes microorganisms to lose their "living environment" so as to prevent food from spoiling.

It is widely available for various plastic packing bags, and used for various solid and powder materials such as raw and cooked foods, fruits, native products, medicinal materials, chemicals, instruments, clothing, hardware products, electronic components, etc.
